Welcome to the Bayview School of Ballet Shop! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our families, please review our shop policies.

Payment

  • All purchases must be made in full at the time of checkout.

  • We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers.

  • Sales tax (HST) will be applied to all applicable items.

Ordering

  • Orders can be placed in-person at the shop or online through our website.

  • For in-stock items, same-day pickup may be available.

  • Special orders may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

  • We gladly offer exchanges on dance attire.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability; we will do our best to accommodate size swaps.

No Refunds

  • Please note: we do not offer refunds on dance attire.

  • All purchases are final; exchanges are the only option for eligible items.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Please check your purchases before leaving the shop.

  • Bayview School of Ballet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase.
