Adult Ballet Program

Our Adult Program welcomes students ages 15 and up, offering classes at every level from beginner to advanced, including pointe. Adults bring focus, discipline, and artistry to their training, achieving remarkable progress while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of ballet. With morning and evening options, the program provides a supportive and inspiring environment for those beginning, returning, or continuing their journey in dance.
Body Conditioning & Stretch

Strength and flexibility are essential components of physical
well-being. The Body Conditioning & Stretch program is for ages 15 and up, offering a structured approach to developing core stability, alignment, and injury prevention. Through a balance of targeted conditioning and guided stretching, students enhance endurance, balance, and overall body awareness. This program provides a supportive yet focused environment to promote resilience, recovery, and long-term health.
