Themed Dance Camp
August 11th - August 15th
This one-week camp for dancers ages 5 to 9 offers young dancers a creative and supportive environment to explore a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and theatrical arts. Designed to foster coordination, rhythm, musicality, and self-expression, it blends technical training with imaginative activities, encouraging both artistic growth and personal confidence.

Beyond dance, participants engage in themed activities like arts and crafts, storytelling, and theatrical games, promoting collaboration, imagination, and self-expression. This holistic approach supports the development of the whole child, making for a fun and enriching summer experience.

Summer Program
August 4th - August 28th
This program is designed to keep dancers ages 9 and up active, inspired, and technically strong. For beginners, it introduces the foundational movements of classical ballet, building a solid base for future training. Advanced and pre-professional students benefit from a more rigorous curriculum, focusing on technique refinement, strength building, flexibility, and performance skills, all while reducing the risk of injury and enhancing memory retention.

With options for intensive classes, focused workshops, and private lessons, this program offers a personalized approach for dancers at every stage of their training. Whether you are taking your first steps or pushing toward professional excellence, it provides the perfect environment to grow, challenge yourself, and reach new heights.

Body Conditioning & Stretch
Feel your best—both in and out of the studio
Our Body Conditioning & Stretch class is designed for dancers aged 15 and up of all levels who want to improve strength, flexibility, and body control. Through targeted exercises and stretching, the class supports the demands of dance training by enhancing posture, balance, and injury prevention.

Students learn effective techniques to lengthen muscles and increase mobility in key areas such as the hips, hamstrings, and back. This balanced approach builds endurance, stability, and focus, creating a solid foundation for dancers at any stage of their training.
