Performance Contract

Stage Rehearsal: December 20th, 2025

Performance Date: December 20th, 2025

Location: Meridian Arts Centre, North York - Lyric Theatre

*Please note that this contract is mandatory for every individual artist participating in the production.

Dear Artist, We are thrilled to extend an offer for you to perform at Bayview School of Ballet's "The Nutcracker" performance on December 20th 2025. Your talent and artistry will undoubtedly contribute to an unforgettable experience for our audience.

Below are the details and terms of our agreement:

Stage Rehearsal: December 20th, 2025 from approximately 1:00pm - 4:00pm (TBD).

Performance: December 20th, 2025 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

Please note: Rehearsal dates and times shall be scheduled based on the mutual availability of both artists prior to the performance date.

Compensation: You will receive a total payment of [insert below] for your performance. This payment will be made within 5 days after the completion of the showcase.

Contingency Clause: In the unfortunate event of an injury or unforeseen circumstance preventing you from performing, you are encouraged to suggest a suitable replacement to perform in your place. The compensation outlined in this contract will remain the same for the replacement artist.
