Dear Artist, We are thrilled to extend an offer for you to perform at Bayview School of Ballet's inaugural production of , "The Nutcracker," on December 18th and 19th, 2024. Your talent and artistry will undoubtedly contribute to an unforgettable experience for our audience.
Below are the details and terms of our agreement:
Rehearsal Date: December 18th, 2024 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. This day is reserved exclusively for rehearsals. We will require you to be available for the entire duration of the rehearsal.
Performance Date: December 19th, 2024 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
Compensation: You will receive a total payment of [insert below] for your performance. This payment will be made within 5 days after the completion of the showcase.
